COMBUSTION EFFICIENT SEMI-CIRCULAR DESIGN INCINERATOR
NO COLD SPOTS
NO WEARING PARTS
OPTIONAL SECONDARY BURNER OPERATION FOR INCINERATION OF FLUE GASES
TOP LOADING TYPE OF INCINERATOR
ONE TIME LOAD AND FORGET
The ADR is a recent model developed after nearly 2 decades of research and feedback from various users all over the world. Its simple appearance belies the performance it is capable of. Most incinerators suffer from complaints on damage to either the grate bars or refractory slabs used, which are prone to more wear and tear. The ADR’s design ensures that no wearable slabs or grate bars are used.
A problem many users face is in installation of incinerators at their sites. The system has to be easy to install at site without the need for a company specialist. The ADR’s design ensures simplicity in use and is an incinerator that is compact, almost fully installed and ready to use. After its recent introduction, it has been supplied for disposal of animal, poultry, medical, garbage and napkins waste to far flung countries like Senegal, Fiji, Bhutan, Dominican Republic and Tanzania without our personnel having to visit any of these sites. Any assistance required for commissioning is carried out by phone or email.
The ADR is also an incinerator that is inexpensive, but at the same time of excellent quality and at prices that are very affordable.
Combustion efficient semi-circular design
The cylindrical design of this incinerator ensures uniform heat transfer which results in uniform burning and very good combustion. Possibility of un-burnt materials in the final ash is vastly reduced.
No cold spots
A rounded shape in the chamber generally gives more uniform heat flow and transfer rather than a square shape which has sharp corners.
No internal wearing parts
This model does not have any internal slabs or components which are subjected to heat wear. It is therefore designed for maintainability without the need to replace any wearing parts during its life time.
Optional secondary burner operation
Though a secondary burner is made available, it only needs to be operated when a greater volume of flue gas is generated by some wastes. This will result in better emissions. The secondary burner can be switched off to conserve energy and not used when not required.
Top loading
A door provided on top of the primary chamber acts as a loading door and another door at the bottom of the chamber serves as a de-ashing door enabling easy loading of waste and ash removal as well as inspection.
One time ‘load and forget’
This incinerator is also designed for one time loading unlike a batch type which needs to be loaded every 10 or 15 minutes.
Capacities
From 10 kg/h to 500 kg/h, any capacity in this range can be supplied.
