Duoblock from 230 to 34000 kW
Main features
• Ecofam Duoblock burners (TS = Separate Head) have been developed to complete its ofer for commercial and industrial combuston solutons;
• Duoblock burners can run with preheated combuston air and save a considerable amount of energy that can be recovered from the hot flue gases by using a heat exchanger in the fue gas system (maximum air temperature 200° C);
• Constructon layout and main features of the duoblock range match the monoblock burners and allow to use the same components and set up tools;
• Burners can be supplied in mechanical progressive modulatng operaton with PID controller or with electronic compound regulaton (BMS) that support also inverter system for speed control and O2 Trim control;
• All TS models feature easy maintenance, access to the combuston head from the housing top cover. Burners can be assembled with air duct connecton in diferent layouts;
• Duoblock burners are suitable for all types of installaton and can utlize existng ventlators and overcome high resistance in the heat exchanger or combuston chamber or simply fulfl customers request or industrial applicaton requirements.

The TS range is composed of the following elements:
• Combuston head

• Derivatve panel for electrical connectons (standard confguraton)
• Control panel assembled on the burner or remote switch cabinet (opton)
• Gas train block
• Pump motor element (for oil burners)
• Preheatng pump staton (for heavy oil burners)
